According to Shaza Fatima, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Youth Affairs, the Prime Minister’s laptop program has been resurrected to give young people job possibilities and encourage entrepreneurship in the nation.
Speaking at a ceremony at the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she stated that more than 50 million young people will receive interest-free loans through the initiative. She invited young people to visit pmyp.gov.pk for more information.
She stated that 100,000 high achievers will receive laptops this year, with 50% of the distribution going to female students.
According to SAPM, the government is making fundamental changes to the educational system that will place a greater emphasis on skills.
