The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) of Pakistan has denied reports about the pricing of petroleum products in the country.
According to an Ogra spokeswoman, no speculation on the pricing of petroleum goods should be made, and no breakdown of petroleum product prices has been given to the federal government.
It should be noted that certain media sources say that the price of petrol will be reduced by up to Rs6.50 per litre beginning next month, while the price of high-speed diesel may rise by Rs13.84 per litre.
Earlier this month, the price of petrol stayed steady despite global currency rates.
The price of petrol is currently Rs. 262 per litre, while diesel is Rs. 253 per litre.
