Since TikTok is targeted with buying bids from Microsoft and rumors say Twitter as well, Oracle has jumped in as well. According to the Financial Times, Oracle has shown interest in Tiktok. The interest is well over a competitor for Microsoft and the bidding game for the Chinese Social Application. Oracle has have had preliminary talks with ByteDance, the parent company of TikTok. The Software Giant is interested in acquiring the business of TikTok in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Larry Ellison’s enterprise is quite keen on the Social Video Application.
President of the United States, Donald Trump has openly issued and executive order for ByteDance to sell its US business within 90 Days. Oracle has become one of the few tech executives that are keen over the TikTok deal, but it’s not clear who would be the opted White House suitor for TikTok. Apparently the success of TikTok has made a major impact on the deal, Microsoft is the frontrunner to buy the US Business of TikTok, while Twitter is reported to be in the race as well. The serious concerns that are linked with the deal are that to buy part of TikTok would be legally fraught and technically complex.
