1. Holi (Hindu festival)
Holy festival is celebrated at the arrival of spring, the end of winter season. It lasts for a night and a day, starting at the evening of full moon, which falls around the middle of March in the Gregorian calendar. It is the “Festival of Love” or the “festival of Spring”. Muslims celebrate two Eids, namely: Eid ul Fitar and Eid ul Adha. Eid ul Fitar is celebrated on 1st Shawwal, according to Islamic calander. while, Eid ul Adha is celebrated on the 10th of Zil Hajj, to mark Hajj.
