Strict Security Measures in Place as Teams Arrive from February 12
The federal cabinet has approved an extensive security plan for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, ensuring the safety of all participating teams through the deployment of the Pakistan Army, police, civil armed forces, and other law enforcement agencies under Article 245 of the Constitution.
With teams arriving from February 12, security arrangements have been elevated to presidential level, a decision made in response to requests from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), as well as the Punjab and Sindh governments. The Interior Ministry has already directed all relevant authorities to implement foolproof security protocols across the host cities.

India’s Matches to Be Played in UAE Under Hybrid Model
Due to India’s refusal to travel to Pakistan, its matches will be played in Dubai, UAE, under a hybrid model. If India qualifies for the semi-finals, the match will be held in Dubai, and if they reach the final, it will also take place in Dubai.
