During a ceremony in Karachi’s southern port city, the Pakistan Navy bolstered its fleet by inducting two modern warships, PNS Tipu Sultan and PNS Shahjahan.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif was the principal guest at the ceremony, which also included Principal of Naval Staff Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi and other officials.
The federal minister praised Pakistan Navy’s efforts to provide seaward defence and contribute to regional peace.
The Naval Chief celebrated the induction of modern ships, marking a significant milestone in the modernization of the Pakistan Navy fleet. He also praised the Government of Pakistan’s support for numerous PN modernisation projects.
