Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of information technology.
Federal Minister Umar Saif and Engineer Abdullah Amir Al-Sawaha in Riyadh signed an MoU during a meeting.
Pakistani Ambassador Ahmed Farooq and leading IT experts were also present on the occasion.
It was agreed that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia would work together in the field of information technology and promote the private sector.
The agreement also included a bilateral agreement on the digital economy.
Interim IT minister Dr. Umar Saif is in Saudi Arabia with a delegation of IT companies to explore business opportunities in the Kingdom.
