Pakistan has reached a significant milestone in regional trade with the commencement of fruit transportation to Russia via a land route.
Sixteen trucks from the National Logistics Corporation, loaded with oranges, have successfully entered two Russian cities, Derbent and Grozny, covering a distance of nearly six thousand kilometers.
Russia has commended the efforts of the NLC for bolstering bilateral trade between the two countries.
Previously, the Corporation also extended logistic support for the export of bananas, meat, and seafood to the states of the Central Asian Republics and China.
