A private school in Karachi has made a landmark move in the field of education by introducing Pakistan’s first AI-powered teacher, marking a significant advancement in the country’s educational system. The AI teacher, named Ainee, was launched in a school located in the Gulshan-e-Iqbal area of Karachi.

Ainee is designed to support fifth-grade students across subjects like mathematics, science, and languages. The AI system is capable of responding to students’ questions, monitoring their progress, and tailoring lessons to suit individual learning paces. This innovation aims to provide a more personalized and engaging learning experience for students.

The introduction of Ainee follows the growing trend of integrating artificial intelligence in various sectors in Pakistan. In October, the Heart Line Chatbot, another AI initiative, was launched to help manage hypertension in the country, where millions are affected by the condition. The chatbot provides critical information and guidance to patients, offering a digital solution in a country where healthcare challenges persist.

This move demonstrates Pakistan’s commitment to embracing cutting-edge technology to improve educational and healthcare outcomes, showcasing the potential of AI in transforming traditional systems.
