As part of a special international artist project by the Qatar Museum in advance of the FIFA World Cup 2022, a group of Pakistani truck painters painted a traditional truck art mural in Qatar.
The Al Mansoura Metro Station’s mural, which was painted, was approximately 23 by 33 feet.
The artists belonged to the Phool Patti truck art collective. Ali Salman Anchan, the group’s leader, revealed that they had been invited to Qatar as a result of a formal collaboration with the Qatar Museum for this year’s Jedariart local program in Doha.
According to Anchan, they worked on the painting for over eight days. The best part of Jedariart is the Pakistani truck art mural and the Indian Truck Mural side-by-side I am sure people get more ideas from both countries’ truck art, I’m sure the world will know why Pakistan truck art is famous for how we decorated our truck.
Our mural is considered one of the best in Doha. The truck art mural is the embodiment of Phool Patti’s dedication to the cause of promoting Pakistan’s rich heritage and culture.
Thus far, he said that they received rave reviews from awestruck observers and organizers and embodied the dedication of the artists to promote one of Pakistani culture’s most iconic artform in the world.
The Indian Truck Mural and the Pakistani Truck Mural painted next to each other are Jedariart’s greatest features.
