In the first two months of this year, Pakistan’s exports to China exceeded 67 million dollars, a rise of over 23 percent year on year.
Despite the COVID-19 outbreak, bilateral commerce has increased significantly, according to official figures from China’s General Administration of Customs.
Last month, Abdul Razak Dawood, the Prime Minister’s Adviser on Commerce and Investment, stated on Twitter that China was opening the Khunjrab Border, which would enable Pakistan’s exports to the country to grow even more.
He advised exporters to take advantage of the opportunity and boost their Chinese exports.
