The Foreign exchange reserves registered a surge of $3 million, bringing up the level to $7.96 billion during the week ended on November 11, 2022, according to data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The SBP data shows that the nation’s total liquid foreign reserves were $13.8 billion. The total amount of net foreign reserves held by commercial banks was $5.84 billion.
“During the week concluded on November 11, SBP’s reserves increased by $3 million to $7,959.5 million,” the SBP stated in a statement released here on Friday.
Due to debt payments, the central bank’s reserves decreased by $956 million, falling to $7.96 billion as of November
