The passing out ceremony of PMS-11 – Provincial Management Services, was held after successful training at the Punjab Institute of Management and Professional Development – PIMPD. Punjab Secretary for Regulations Ahmad Ali Kamboh graced the ceremony with his presence as chief guest. On the occasion, the chief guest wished the probationers with success and said, that the country needs officers like you who are ready to serve the nation with their exceptional qualities and sheer determination.
PIMPD Director (Academics) Zulfiqar Ali Kharal along with Secretary Mr. Nasir Iqbal distributed shields to top performers of the passing-out batch. All probationers were awarded Governance and Management certificates.
At the ceremony, different awards were distributed to the exceptional probationers like the most disciplined, leadership, literary disposal, etc. The batch also got the opportunity to visit Punjab Governor House, where they met with Governor Balighur Rehman. During the conversation, the governor congratulated the probationers and advised them to work hard and stand firm to the public expectations.
The passing out ceremony attracted a lot of attraction due to its beautiful attire. The boys were in elegant black sherwanis while the girls were in maroon suits. The discipline of the batch was reflected through their coordination in attire for the event. The batch is considered to be the most exceptional batch in the history of PMS due to its discipline. During the passing out ceremony of PMS-11, the secretary greeted the passing-out candidates, dubbing it one of the best batches of PMS.
