In a step towards facilitating passengers for online confirmation of tickets and seats, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced WhatsApp chatbot.
The national flag carrier says that passengers can use the chatbot to seek guidance regarding issues like seat selection and ticket confirmation before their flight.
Also, passengers can use WhatsApp to check the timings and schedule of their flights.
The tweet posted on the official account of PIA stated, “PIA is stepping ahead further for customer support services by adding another value-added service WhatsApp chatbot.
It is pertinent to mention here that in the past, passengers used to visit offices or call a helpline to access these services.
