The Prime Minister expressed deep sorrow On behalf of the entire nation of Pakistan, over the loss of precious lives and the extensive devastation caused by the earthquake.
The Prime Minister expressed his heartfelt sympathies to President Erdogan and the Turkish nation on the tragic loss of thousands of precious lives and the significant infrastructure damage caused by devastating earthquakes during their one-on-one meeting and during their delegation-level talks.
The Prime Minister recalled the close ties between Pakistan and Turkey, saying that the people of Pakistan shared their Turkish relatives’ pain and sorrow.
The Pakistani people, according to the prime minister, won’t stop until everyone in the earthquake-affected areas has received a full recovery.
The Prime Minister was congratulated by President Erdogan for Pakistan’s resolute and unwavering support of Turkey after the catastrophic earthquake. He reiterated that the tenacious Turkish people will overcome this natural catastrophe with more power and resolve than ever.

Also, the Prime Minister will travel to earthquake-affected regions and communicate with local Pakistani rescue and recovery workers.
The Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Marriyum Aurangzeb, SAPM Tariq Fatemi, and the Chairman of the NDMA, Lieutenant General Inam Haider Malik, were in attendance with the Prime Minister.
