The Punjab police on Wednesday decided to reduce the security of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan’s Zaman Park Lahore residence.
According to specifics provided by the police, Khan will receive the level of protection often required for a former prime minister.
At PTI chief Imran Khan Zaman’s park home, 500 police officers are currently on duty and working three shifts.
Imran Khan, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), was shot at Allahwala Chowk on November 3 of last year while leading the party’s long march. The primary suspect, Naveed Meher, was apprehended at the crime scene after shooting at Khan.

Before to that, police had restricted all entry to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan’s home in Lahore Zaman Park.
At the moment, Yasmin Rashid, Shibli Faraz, and Noorul Haq Qadri are present at the former prime minister Khan’s Zaman Park home.
The gun attack incident’s First Information Report (FIR) was filed on November 7.
A joint investigation team – formed to probe the attack on the PTI chief on November 3, has been constituted under the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997.
