The Pakistan Super League (PSL) celebrated its tenth anniversary in spectacular way by revealing its new trophy Luminara in the Arabian Sea. This was a breathtaking and unparalleled display of ingenuity and grandeur. Luminara is a stunning masterpiece
The PSL X trophy, appropriately called Luminara, is a dazzling homage to ten years of athletic brilliance, tenacity, and entertainment that have characterized Pakistan’s top T20 league. It is more than just a symbol of success.
Luminara is a heavy 10 kilogram piece made from a single sheet of solid silver. The elaborate embedding of 22,850 brilliant zircon stones which are precisely positioned to symbolize the stars vitality and spirit of competition that PSL epitomizes is what makes it unique. PSL’s significance in shining Pakistan’s cricketing future is symbolized by the Latin moniker Luminara which is formed from the words “luminare” (torch) and “lumens” (light).
Cricket’s First Unveiling in the Arabian Sea
A trophy was unveiled at sea for the first time in cricket history a momentous and symbolic occasion. A professional diver supported by the Pakistan Navy emerged from the Arabian Sea with a treasure chest containing the recognizable prize during the event. Fans everywhere were captivated by the event which was nothing short of cinematic.
At the big ceremony in Karachi the trophy was formally delivered to PSL stakeholders club owners PCB officials and players. The sea presentation symbolized the league’s depth development and enduring spirit.

PSL X Greater Than Before
The 10th PSL season which is scheduled to take place from April 11 to May 18, 2025 is expected to be the largest to date. Four main cities Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi will host matches, guaranteeing that supporters from all over the nation join in the festivities.
A spectacular tournament will begin with a high stakes match between two-time champions Lahore Qalandars and defending champion Islamabad United at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.
