The Sindh provincial government has announced a public holiday on December 25 to celebrate the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
A notification issued by the Chief Secretary of Sindh confirmed that all government offices will remain closed in observance of both Quaid Day and Christmas.
The nation will commemorate the anniversary of Pakistan’s founder with great reverence, beginning with gun salutes in major cities, followed by a solemn changing of the guard ceremony at Jinnah’s mausoleum in Karachi.
Numerous social, political, and civil organizations have also organized special events and programs to honor the legacy of Quaid-e-Azam.
