The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen has announced a tentative start date for the matriculation exams for all educational boards in the region.
According to the details, the matric exams will begin on April 1st, 2023, with the first Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part II exam. The date was confirmed in an official handout from a PBCC meeting that took place earlier today at its office camp in BISE Lahore.
During the meeting, the PBCC approved the new deadline for submitting money and application forms for the inaugural SSC Part I and II exams.
The official handout states that from January 20 through January 25, all school boards in the province would accept admission forms for a single fee. The entrance application period will be open to students from January 26 through February 6 with a double fee.
The boards will charge three times as much for admission forms submitted between February 7 and February 14 as is typical. After February 14, no application for admission will be considered.
