Remittances grew 11.3% to $15.8 billion in 1st half of FY22

The record of remittances from abroad was broken with an increase of 11.3% to 15.8 billion dollars in the first half of FY22.

Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting Government of Pakistan Ch Fawad Hussain shared via Twitter.

Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting Government of Pakistan Ch Fawad Hussain said:

“Overseas Pakistanis continue to express confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.”

Moreover, Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting Government of Pakistan Ch Fawad Hussain also said:

“Once again, the record of remittances from abroad breaks. Remittances increased by 11.3%”

Federal Minister for Information & Broadcasting Government of Pakistan Ch Fawad Hussain further said:

“Overseas Pakistanis sent $15.8 billion dollars remittances to Pakistan in the six months from July to December FY22.“
