Canadian tourist Rosie Gabrielle toured around Pakistan on a motorcycle in Feb 2019 and she has sent a message to the world: Pakistan is an amazing and safe country. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf after Rosie Gabriel’s successful tour of Pakistan said in their official tweet that the country is now a peaceful and safe place for tourists from all over the world.
Rosie in Pakistan
Gabrielle describes herself as a solo motorcycle tourist who has so far visited various cities in Pakistan. In Kasur, she visited the shrine of Sufi poet Baba Bulleh Shah. Moreover, she also visited the walled city in Lahore and couldn’t help but admire the architectural wonders.
In Lahore, the tourist mingled with the people of Lahore. In January last year, Canadian vlogger Rosie Gabrielle, who accepted Islam and confirmed her wedding with Pakistani travel vlogger Adeel Amer. Rosie Gabrielle took it to Instagram and confirmed her wedding. Sharing a loved-up photo with the husband, Rosie said, “I’m MARRIED!” followed by heart and wedding ring emoticons.
“Never would I thought that I would come to Pakistan and fall in LOVE. Not only with a country and its people, but one very special individual in particular,” she said in the romantic and emotional post.
‘My whole life I searched for him. My soul mate, my companion, my best friend.”
Rosie Gabrielle about Adeel Amer
“I’m truly grateful for the outpouring of love and support as I start this new path in life. As I mentioned before, I already technically considered myself “Muslim”, having the faith and connection to God and creation I did on my life’s journey. But this is a new chapter for me,” she wrote.
“In the sense that the fear and pain I held onto has finally dissipated and I’m free to walk the fully surrendered life, dedicating my heart and mind to fulfilling the most peaceful, conscious and righteous path.”
How Rosie Gabrielle Promoted Tourism
In addition, she expressed her views while promoting tourism in Pakistan. I’ve been gifted many things now by the people I stay with and been given the highest attention and hospitality. Even at times when they don’t have much to give. They make sure I’m happy,” shared Gabrielle. “And they give with their whole hearts. So many beautiful connections and heartfelt moments… I have truly fallen in love with the people here. This is Pakistan. This is the country of peace and love. And this is my unedited experience so far, as a solo female travelling by motorcycle.” She also added. “hope that Pakistan will once again be recognized for the beautiful country it is and the true heart of the people will be seen.”
“It’s actually too good (the food), because I’ve gained 3 kilos here. Spice definitely isn’t an issue, I’ve actually got better spice tolerance than some of my Pakistani friends,” she tells us. Rosie has also had street-side chai in Lahore, and tea seller Ali also refused compensation, insisting that Rosie was a guest in his Pakistan. She returned the gesture by giving him a printed photograph she took of him.
Furthermore, we all know how important round roti’s are, she made sure to learn how to make one. It’s safe to say her attempt didn’t go too well but has anyone made the perfect roti their first time around? (Please note the pun). Moreover, Rosie’s pretty much seen every inch of Lahore during the past few weeks. Of course, that includes a visit to Liberty Market, where she met her very own Pakistani namesake, Gulab! The two had a blast trying on traditional clothing and jewelry, and Gulab was sure to treat Rosie to some Kashmiri chai!

Rosie Gabrielle & The Love of Nature
Rosie Gabrielle has not only been promoting the soft image of Pakistan through tourism but she along with his husband Adeel Amer has been working for the wildlife of Pakistan. Supporting and safeguarding the stray animals from the streets of Lahore, to promoting a cleaner North for Pakistan. Highlighting the issues of stray animals in Pakistan, the Canadian has done more than the people of Pakistan for the country. For an instance, her Instagram stories are usually always full of her rescuing stray dogs and providing them shelter. Rescuing dogs, donkeys and other animals, proving that she has the heart that loves to travel and rescue.
We are very lucky, to have such a kind-hearted person visit and promote the image of our country. Her work is indeed one of the most admirable in the World. Promoting a safer Pakistan, helping the wildlife and nature of Pakistan, despite the criticism of some shallow-minded people. As a result, Rosie Gabrielle has proved herself as the natural activist we needed in Pakistan.
