The Guidance Robot is innovatively designed to assist visitors by addressing their religious inquiries related to Hajj and Umrah rituals with precision, drawing from the latest approved religious fatwas.
This robotic assistant provides simplified explanations of these rituals in Arabic and eleven other international languages, ensuring accessibility to a diverse global audience.
The supported languages include Arabic, English, French, Russian, Persian, Turkish, Malay, Urdu, Chinese, Bengali, and Hausa. Sporting a 21-inch touch screen, the robot offers various services to Grand Mosque visitors. With four wheels and a smart stop system, it navigates smoothly, featuring front and bottom cameras that capture high-resolution images for clear transmission. The robot is equipped with speakers delivering high-clarity sound and a microphone capturing exceptional audio quality.
Operating on a 5 GHz wireless network system (Wi-Fi), the robot facilitates fast and high-speed data transmission, enhancing the efficiency of its services.
