Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, currently on a two-day official visit to Islamabad, has reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to bolstering Pakistan’s economic development.
During a joint press briefing following discussions between the two nations, Prince Faisal emphasized the significance of constructive dialogue between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. He underscored that the visit by the high-level Saudi delegation stems from a meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, held during the Prime Minister’s previous visit to the Kingdom.
Prince Faisal underscored that the delegation’s visit to Pakistan is in accordance with directives from the Saudi Crown Prince. He expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality extended by Pakistan.
Highlighting the potential for increased investment in Pakistan, the Saudi Foreign Minister outlined plans for significant collaborative efforts in the coming months. He stressed the mutual commitment to fostering economic development and regional security.
“We will continue to monitor and build upon the positive discussions between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia,” Prince Faisal stated, emphasizing the shared goal of advancing economic prosperity and stability in the region.
