The World Pro Card Bodybuilding tournament will be held in Pakistan for the first time ever on this Independence Day in Islamabad, according to Fitness Expo’s Arif Mirza.
Speaking to the media, Arif Mirza revealed that Pakistan has been given permission by the World Bodybuilding Organization to host the World Pro Card competition for the first time on August 13 and 14.
The director of Fitness Expo further stated that Olympia Pakistan would host one of the largest sporting events in the history of the nation, including more than 300 bodybuilders and athletes from 80 different nations.
He added that during the Pro Card competition, bodybuilders from all over the world, including those from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Europe, will travel to Pakistan for the first time.
Tom Coleman and Dutch IFBB professional bodybuilders Rowley Winkler, who is regarded as one of the best bodybuilders of the present world, have also made video statements expressing their desire to visit Pakistan.
Faheem Malik, a bodybuilder from Pakistan, made history last week when he became the first person from his country to win a gold medal at the Professional Mr. Universe Bodybuilding Championships in Bangkok, Thailand.
Earlier this month, Pakistani bodybuilders won three medals at the 54th Asian Bodybuilding Championships in the Maldives, where the Pakistani contingent won gold, silver, and bronze medals in various categories.
