The most recent rating of the world’s most powerful passports in 2023 has been made public by the Henley Passport Index, which has been continuously tracking the most travel-friendly passports since 2006.
According to the number of places their holders can visit without a prior visa, the most recent ranking was revealed.
According to the company, the ranking is based only on information from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). With access to 193 international locations without a visa or with one upon arrival, Japan is once again at the top of the list. With visa-free travel to 192 countries, Singapore and South Korea’s passports were ranked as the second most powerful in the world.
Germany and Spain, who have visa-free travel to 190 countries, are ranked third. Italy, Finland, and Luxembourg are three of the nations occupying the fourth spot with access to 189 locations.
Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Sweden are in fifth place, and France, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Portugal are in sixth place.
Pakistan’s passport is ranked 106th and offers visa-free travel to 32 countries.
Belgium, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, the United States (US), Australia, Canada, the Czech Republic, Greece, Malta, and other countries have passports that were among the top ten.
