Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba came to Pakistan for the first time on Thursday.
The Foreign Office reported that Kuleba arrived in the South Asian country on an official visit and was greeted by FM Bilawal Bhutto. During his brief visit, he is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and hold lengthy talks with his Pakistani counterpart.
The Eastern European country’s senior ambassador has been traveling as Islamabad strengthens ties with the Kremlin and recently began importing Russian crude oil at a reduced price as the economic crisis worsened.
Meanwhile, FM Kuelaba is scheduled to address close and cordial connections, notably in commerce, investment, agriculture, and higher education, during his recent visit.
His visit is expected to strengthen bilateral ties between Islamabad and Kyiv.
