The Pakistani rupee saw a slight uptick of 0.03% against the US dollar in the initial trading hours on Wednesday.
As of 10:40 am, the rupee was trading at 286.31, marking a modest gain of Re0.08 in the inter-bank market.
In contrast, the previous day, the rupee had experienced a depreciation of 0.38%, concluding at 286.39 against the US dollar.
In a related development, it is anticipated that Pakistan and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will commence policy-level discussions starting on November 13th, which falls on a Monday.
