To ensure that girls in isolated areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa receive a high-quality education, the United States has created a project titled “Improving Girls’ Education Activity.”
Along with Shahram Khan Tarakai, the KP minister for elementary and secondary education, US Ambassador Donald Blome launched the program in Peshawar today.
The Eleanor Roosevelt Corner at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women’s University in Peshawar was also visited by Ambassador Blome.
Speaking at the event, he declared that the US is pleased to contribute to and support the security and prosperity of women and girls across Pakistan.
The KP Minister for Secondary Education expressed his optimism that the KP government will improve school administration with the US government’s assistance in enhancing girls’ education.
