According to reports, the Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar is said to have defeated the coronavirus on Wednesday. He stated that the latest test of his turned out negative, ‘Due to the grace of Allah Almighty and the prayers of people, I have recuperated from the COVID-19’
Usman Buzdar, the Punjab Chief Minister had first tested positive for the virus on the 21st of December. After which, he quarantined himself at his home. On 30th December, he had been taken to the Surgical Tower of Mayo Hospital for the chest CT scan, wherein he showed minor symptoms. On January 3, he underwent another COVID-19 test that yet again turned out positive. This was according to the CM House sources.
On Wednesday, he is said to have finally tested negative and recovered from the virus. He urged the nation to wear mask and be vigilant of all the SOPs needed so as to keep themselves safe of the deadly virus in town and prevent it from spreading any further.
