Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan presented Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman with the country’s first indigenous electric automobile, Togg, on Monday.
The Turkish president arrived in the kingdom on the first phase of a three-country Gulf tour to enhance regional and trade ties.
President Erdogan met with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during his visit to Al-Salam Royal Palace in Jeddah, according to Turkey’s state-run news agency Anadolu Ajans.
Following the talks, Erdogan gifted the Saudi crown prince with a Pamukkale white Togg. In the royal courtyard, the two leaders studied the car.
Both leaders can be seen standing next to the EV in a video issued by the agency. Meanwhile, SMB moves over to the driver’s seat and takes a seat, while Erdogan takes a seat in the passenger seat.
The crown prince drives away to the Turkish president’s hotel.
