Imam-ul-Haq, the Pakistani cricketer, recently celebrated his wedding with Anmol Mehmood, and the bride’s stunning wedding outfits have become the talk of the town. The festivities, captured in pictures and videos that went viral on social media, showcased the bride stealing the show in her exquisite ensembles, perfectly coordinated with her husband.
Among the attendees at the wedding were several players, including former Pakistan skipper Babar Azam, who happens to be Imam’s best friend.
Mehndi dress
The festivities kicked off with a mehndi event in Norway, where Anmol looked resplendent in a captivating red and rust-colored lehenga adorned with intricate gold embroidery. The dazzling dress was crafted by the renowned Pakistani fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), and it carried a price tag of Rs1.5 million.
Qawwali dress
At the qawwali event in Lahore, Anmol Mehmood, the bride, chose yet another striking outfit designed by HSY. The theme for the event appeared to be black and grey, and the couple elegantly coordinated their attire.
Anmol graced the occasion in a silver-grey bridal gown intricately adorned with complementary fancy embroidery, while Imam-ul-Haq opted for a black chikankari kurta embellished with mirrors.
The bride’s stunning dress came with a price tag of Rs850,000.
Nikah dress
The spotlight at the nikah event was claimed by the bride’s captivating pink ensemble, as Anmol opted for an embroidered saree that caught the attention of netizens, who drew parallels to the wedding dress worn by Indian actress Katrina Kaif.
Enhancing her look, the bride adorned a heavily-embroidered dupatta on her head, complemented by Imam’s choice of a light grey sherwani.
Zainab Salman was the creative mind behind Anmol’s nikah dress, although the specific price of the attire remains unclear.
Valima Dress
The valima event for Imam and Anmol unfolded in Lahore on Sunday, where the bride gracefully chose a pastel green ensemble. In contrast, Imam exuded charm in a black coat paired with a tie that complemented the bride’s attire.
Anmol’s exquisite dress, with a price tag of 1.7 million, was crafted by the renowned designer Lajwanti.
Imam’s wife is a doctor by profession and was an old friend of the batter. Following his wedding, Imam will join the cricket team on November 28 for the Test series against Australia.
