WhatsApp, on the other hand, has released a new data transfer function that simplifies the multi-step process of recovering your chats and files on a new smartphone without the need for cloud backups.
A QR code service will now allow users to send data over Wi-Fi Direct. The software is currently available to Beta users, and it will be made available to all users in the following days.
Go to WhatsApp in the upgraded app, then Chats, and then Chat Transfer, where you’ll find the new option.
