Are we alive to earn? And when I say “We”, I mean humans, that includes whole humanity. I know what most of you are thinking after reading the title on this post: “This is something a eccentric person would say”. I know most of the pakistanis suffer from economy class and low income and no jobs. But let me tell you something about way of life, none of it matters.
We all being a muslim believes that whatever is given to you or not given to you in this world is a part of our test. We have all seen how richness and poorness can affect people. That exactly is my point about being tested with richness and poorness. Jim Carrey once said:
If a christian faith man could see that even after all the fame, then why are we in the dark about our way of life, even after we have a whole book ‘full of secrets on how to lead our life’.
Just yesterday when I was going home from the office, an accident of 2 motorbikes happened in front of me, one was an adult and other bike rider was just a little kid of 10-12 years old. The kid got really hurt, he was bleeding from the nose. The adult was not hurt but his bike got damaged. Surrounding people helped the boy with his injuries, while the adult started abusing about how wrong the boy was riding and damages his new bike. And that he was a job man that could not afford to repair it. He used really bad language and was really stressed about his bike and he not once asked that if the boy was okay.
This kind of incidents in our life and our reaction towards it really determine if we are worthy of going to a better place in our next life. We all are just moving through the life, following the people surrounding us. We have lost our way of life.
Do we wanna be a person always running after the riches of this world? or do we wanna prepare for the next world?
