The Pakistan Army has inaugurated a Women’s Skill Center in the Peochar area of Swat, aiming to empower women through the provision of vocational training.
Women from the local community are undergoing training in sewing, embroidery, and handicrafts.
Today, a ceremony was conducted to confer certificates upon the first batch of participants. During the event, sewing machines and cash prizes were presented to women who successfully completed the course.
The initiative by the Pakistan Army was well-received by the local women, who expressed their appreciation for the steps taken towards empowering and equipping them with valuable skills.
