According to her team, Zubab Rana’s father died at COVID-19, leaving the young actress in excruciating grief.
Zubab’s father’s death was announced on the Bharaas actor’s Instagram account. “Please recite Surah Fateha for Zubab’s father,” her team said in a message.
Zubab’s close friend, actor Faizan Khawaja, also shared the sad news on Instagram, writing, “My very good buddy Zubab Rana’s father passed suddenly due to COVID-19.” Please say a prayer for him,” he asked.
Faizan went on to say, “My friend is in a lot of agonies.” May God grant you the strength to get through this difficult time.”
According to ARY News, Provincial Health Minister Dr. Yasmin Rashid cautioned on Monday that the number of patients in the fourth wave of COVID-19 has been growing. “In the last 24 hours, 1609 new cases have emerged in Punjab, while 24 coronavirus patients have died,” the health minister stated at a press conference.
Rashid went on to say that 72 percent of Covid patients are currently on ventilators in hospitals.
